My job is to ensure you have an extraordinary experience on your trip. So how do I do that?

It starts with communication, followed by collaboration. The best trip is a seamless one, where all the details flow together into one cohesive itinerary. I see trips as a total package, not just a series of small, a la carte pieces, such as the rental car, activities or airport transfers. I’ve learned from experience that by planning the custom trip as a whole, I’m able to step in if there are any issues and — most importantly — ensure your experience is exceptional.

Your trip is tailored specifically for you. I listen. I research and make recommendations. Together we come up with a perfect plan, and then I make it happen.

Interests

First, I want to know about your interests, why you’re planning this trip and what you want to accomplish. I will listen closely to determine how I can best deliver what is important to you.

Plan

Next, we’ll work collaboratively to design an exceptional travel experience. All clients are different and have their own ideas of what is the perfect vacation. By working together and hearing what you have in mind, we can come up with a plan to transform a satisfactory experience into a spectacular one.

Itinerary

Once we have discussed your travel needs and I have received your planning fee, I’ll put together your itinerary.

Advocate

If something happens while you’re traveling, I am here as your advocate to work through it. Prior to your trip, I’ll be touching base with hoteliers and tour companies to secure your VIP status.
